 Princely service model Borromeo - marked "Broggi Milano", prestigious silverware factory in business since 1818, in Via dei Mercanti d'Oro in Milan.

 The fame in the production of cutlery, pottery and sacred silver objects reached the royal court of Turin, so much so that in 1841 the Duke of Savoy entrusted the Milanese craftsman with the gilding of the ornaments for his own weddings.

 On June 14, 1872, Vittorio Emanuele II granted the right to insert the royal coat of arms on the insignia of the headquarters as the supplier of the Royal House.
